IT IS TIME TO SPEAK!
Hello to everyone!
Today I will tell you a little about our vox-pop podcast experience with my friend Yiğit Şahin.
Our teacher gave a podcast assignment for the educational technologies course. She offered us several types of podcasts. My friend Yiğit Şahin and I chose the Vox-pop one. Here, we had to determine a question from us and get the answer to this question from at least 10 people. We ask "What is your favourite TV show? Why?" Now let's move on to our experience with homework.
The first thing I want to talk about is editing the sounds, which is the challenging part of this assignment. First, I downloaded an audio editing program, but I could not work efficiently through that program. So if you want to create podcasts, there is a site that I recommend, you can create it from there. It was easy to use and interface for me. It is PODCASTLE.
One of the things I loved about the assignment was getting answers from at least ten different people. The sounds we use are our friends from inside the school and outside the school. Even the voices of people from our families are on this podcast.
I would definitely like to give this kind of podcast assignment to my students in the future.
